Itinerary

Day 01 Ica – Hacienda Tacama – CulturPisco – Ica / Huacachina

At the scheduled time, our driver will pick you up from your hotel in Ica or the bus station. We will head toward the Pisco Route – Pisco Route Ica, enjoying the desert landscape and the region’s first vineyards along the way. During the drive, you’ll learn about Ica’s winemaking and pisco traditions.

Our first stop will be Hacienda Tacama Winery, the oldest vineyard in South America. You’ll tour its beautiful facilities and learn about pisco and wine production, from fermentation to distillation. See how traditional techniques blend with modern technology, and enjoy a tasting of their finest products. This visit provides insight into the deep winemaking history of the region.

Next, we’ll head to CulturPisco, an artisanal winery with over 150 years of history. You’ll walk through its rustic facilities and see how traditional pisco production methods are preserved. Here, you’ll sample different varieties of artisanal pisco and wines. If the tour coincides with March, you’ll also have the chance to join the grape-stomping activity.

You’ll have the option to enjoy lunch at one of the wineries’ restaurants, where you can savor traditional Peruvian dishes while overlooking the vineyards and natural surroundings. Our driver will assist you in choosing the best menu and organizing a comfortable break for everyone.

Around 2:00 PM, we’ll begin our return to your hotel in Ica or Huacachina, or to the bus station if you have other plans. On the way back, you’ll once again admire the vineyards and grape fields, concluding your Pisco Route – Pisco Route Ica experience with unforgettable memories.

Muy linda experiencia! El traslado y el guía estuvieron muy bien. Es una caminata exigente pero muy bonita. Estaría bueno tener una media hora más para recuperarse y subir hasta la cima donde salen mejores fotos. Al menos con mi estado físico no me dio el aire para hacer todo tan rápido!
